At LuxuryMarbleHome, we are dedicated to providing world-class 100% natural stone craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.
1. Returns for Change of Mind
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original wooden crate packaging.
- International Return Shipping: Due to the extreme weight (120kg-250kg) and nature of solid stone, the customer is responsible for all international return freight shipping costs to our hub in Foshan, China.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of labor, materials, and administrative processing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product, we will provide a full replacement or a professional repair at our expense. You must follow our Mandatory Inspection Procedure at the time of delivery (see our Shipping & Returns page for details).
3. Cancellations
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund (no questions asked).
- After 24 Hours: If the item has already been crated or dispatched for shipping, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@luxurymarblehome.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.
Note: Custom-made orders and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
